Hi sickofit,

you asked for a DIAGNOSIS OR ANY INPUT WHATSOEVER??? this is not a diagnosis, this is just plain old vanilla WHATSOEVER :)

Bad breath - i would look at a vegetarian diet to see if that helps (can take quite a while to see effects) cut out dairy....if you smoke stop, if you don't floss then start. an do it twice a day

Scalloped tongue (teeth marks) - here is a link for a good understanding http://www.buzzle.com/articles/scalloped-tongue.html

Hairy tongue - digestive tract issues maybe? Medications that commonly cause hairy tongue include antibiotics, anti-psychotics, anti-depressants, and anti-cholinergic agents. Other causes include smoking, alcohol, the use of mouthwashes, and exposure to radiation therapy.

Crack on the back of my tongue and a crack form the middle to the front of my tongue - geographic tongue maybe?

Stuffy nose - get a neil med sinus rinse bottle use it twice daily, animal dander or pet fur/hair can effect this

Post nasal drip - again, get a neil med sinus rinse bottle use it twice daily, you could try raising your bed (pillow end) 8 inches, this is ment to help.

Vitamin d deficiency - you are taking supplements now right?

Yellow face possible causes: Too much beta-carotene. Jaundice. Liver problems
Eating excessive amounts of food containing beta-carotene - a form of vitamin A which gives fruit and vegetables their red, orange and yellow colour - can affect the skin colour, though this is rare.
A yellow tinge can also be a sign of jaundice and liver problems, and so should always be checked out immediately,
The colour is the result of a natural pigment called bilirubin being deposited in the skin, instead of somewhere else

Fast growing fingernails - pregnant women have fast growing nails yep i am serious,
if you are not you could get some nail clippers or a broomstick, pointy hat, black cat and learn to cackle :)

White spots on fingernails - iron or zinc deficiency can cause this,

Sometimes my anus bleeds - could be piles, i changed to a vegetarian diet my piles went away...seriously.

Soft and stinky stools - Colon cleansing, may take the form of colon hydrotherapy or Colonic irrigation, it may help,

Always tired - increase water intake, also you need vit d to process calcium, if you are deficient in vit d (like you say you are) then you won't be able to process calcium, the outcome of this is you will get tired easily 8)

Red eyes part 1 - do you wear contact lens? Some people develop contact lens-induced dry eyes, which can cause redness.
Bacteria from old eye make-up can lead to irritation or infection, so throw out cosmetics which are more than six months old.
Bloodshot, sore eyes can also be a sign of iritis - inflammation of the iris (the coloured part of the eye),"
Iritis can be caused by a viral infection such as gastroenteritis, but in rarer cases can be triggered by auto-immune diseases such as arthritis, which need to be treated with medication. An optometrist will use a microscope to examine the surface of the eye and determine the cause of the inflammation.

red eyes part 2 - you know the black cat i was talking about :) animal dander or pet fur/hair can effect the eyes creating Conjunctivitis which is an inflammation or infection of the clear, protective layer that coats the front part of the eye. Conjunctivitis can be caused by allergies, bacteria, viruses, or toxic substances...you could always use optrex or something to rinse the eyes, you could visit a optician as they have the equipment to check your eyes under magnification an maybe able to spot something.
maybe you sit near someone that smokes weed, that can make your eyes go red.
vitamins which help the eyes are vitamins A, C, E,zinc, carotenoids (antioxidants) particularly lutein and zeaxanthin,
Lutein can be found in yellow peppers, mango, bilberries, and green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach, chard and broccoli.
Zeaxanthin can be found in orange sweet peppers, broccoli, corn, lettuce (not iceberg), spinach, tangerines, oranges and eggs

Depressed - so would i be if i had all that going on, resolve a few things and you may find this starts to improve...also certain trimesters of pregnancy can cause this.

Sometimes I have a feeling that I’m not ‘’there’’ - at least you know you should be somewhere, i sometimes feel that i'm not anywhere

Sickofit ;
I have most of the same symptoms as you ! I also have super low vitD . have to take prescription D caps . Also the bloodshot eyes , and digestive issues. Long lost twin ??

Have you ever taken a long course of antibiotics ?
Maybe you are my long lost twin ;)
I remember taking a two weeks course of antibiotics when I was 12 I'm now 23.

My father is Afro-American and my mother is white so I'm in between, I think that it is the reason I have low lovels of vitamin D.

BTW, I order my supplements on www.iherb.com they are very afordable.

Right now I'm taking:

vitamine d3 2000iu
vitamine a 10000iu
psyllium husk
probiotics from now foods 4 billion
GSE
when I had my blood work , i requested a copy of the results. I then called the lab directly myself . For my own technical reference I took notes and recorded the call. The Drs have all never mentioned that my white blood cells are off, Never mentioned that my creatinine was way off ...etc. But the lab told me with some google help.

When I brought this up to the Dr last week, i made her check new labs against last years. They were worse . This week i will request all my records that i can recall and all labs to compare . I may post my numbers here. For most of us ,BB is just a symptom of something underlying .Not in the teeth and gums [-(
I'm glad for the 'i'mcured' guy who had H-pylori and fixed it. I've been tested for it 3 times, and i never had it . We have to check tho.
