Hi, as I stated before, I don't think chronic bb can be cured (at least, if you have it since your childhood like me). But I've found some ways to make your breath fresh for more hours. 1) Choose a good dentist. Most of them spend just 15 minutes to clean your teeth. A real cleaning session should last at least 45 minuts, otherwise you are going back home with half the dirt still in your mouth. 2) Your tongue is MUCH LONGER than you can think or see. When you brush it, make sure you go REALLY deep. STICK your toothbrush in your throat. It may cause you to throw up, but once you get used to it, you'll be fine. In this way, you'll get rid of those bacterials that cause bb when you talk (but not when you breathe). 3) Rinse and gargle with a mixture of water + baking soda + (very little) hydrogen peroxide. I do it once every 2 or 3 days. You'll see a white foam forming in your mouth. That's oxygen! The same oxygen that kills anaerobic bacterials. Besides, after that you'll notice your gums are light pink colored, tha't the colour of the gums in a clean mouth. 4) Of course brush your teeth and floss as much as you can. Brush up-down, or down-up, NEVER in circles or whatever. It sounds a cliché, but it works.

I had been doing Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide gargle, every day, but I decided to stop... It's making my teeth sensitive, my tongue actually whiter somehow (drier?), and it irritated and opened up a sore behind my tooth, and from this I've got the old people sour breath popping up throughout the day... Usually after I brush my teeth, strangely enough.

Maybe once every few days I'll try it.. but right now my mouth needs to recover.. it's been extremely dry lately.
