Do you mean Cold Pressed olive oil ?
do you swish , gargle and spit Or do you swallow it ?

yes cold pressed extra virgin olive oil...i swallow it...and aydinmur im not saying you are incorrect but it also fights off bad smell from the nose, so alot more is happening
