Actually I think my weakness problem is not totally diet related, I have the problem for more than a year,I even went to the doctor before for it and did a normal blood test, the result was OK and the doctor told me I should do more tests to find the cause of my weakness...but I couldnot afford it so I stopped there.
so I guess health coverage is expensive everywhere. If you have a good appetite but no vigor or weight , i remember hearing about tapeworms giving symptoms like that.
I heard that Sweden has abundant meat and dairy . When I lived in a rural, non-tropic area , I learned to soak and sprout nuts, beans, seeds and grains, etc. This is a cheap way to get raw ,cheap ,fresh calories . Are frozen veggies and fruits also high cost there ? Frozen is the next best thing and I consider them 'raw' .

I would think that a raw diet would help TMAU .
Not that its much of a relation ,but I know my B.O. is like 0% on a high veg/fruit diet . The chlorophyll in all the greens probably helps a lot .
Do you belive your BB might be TMAU related? There are so many people on here who have a room filling garbage-type of nasal odour and those who have seen an ENT and finding nothing wrong in their nose. Trimethylamine gets released in mucus as well as saliva.

I don't know ,but I doubt its TMAU .Myself and 1 parent have always had a slightly noticeable B.O issue . But our BO was never to the level of my BB . I and that parent have PND and Dr's think this is the root for my BB . I dont know that the smell comes out of my nose too ,but it can cross the room =/

I know a number of people who suffer with PND. Some of them suffer with varying degrees of BB but most of them dont. That's why I dont believe that clear odourless PND is a cause of BB in itself. Of course if there's lots of green or brown odourous PND, then this is bound to make the back of your tongue smell. This type of PND would normally be a result of a chronic infection or blockage of some kind in the nose or sinuses.

If you have BB caused by any other reason and it causes your tongue to smell bad, then I can imagine that PND would become an exacerbative factor towards overall odour production. Remember that under normal circumstances, the nose drains something like a pint of clear mucus every day down the back of the throat that most people dont even notice. Your whole throat and tongue is pretty much constantly bathed in this normal mucousy layer. Everyone would have BB if clear odourless mucus could cause BB.

Does someone tell you that the odour crosses the room? Would that be the same person who has never told you whether the odour comes from your nose? Are you assuming it crosses the room from reactions?

If you doubt it might be TMAU, then read malory's few recent posts. He spent 14 years assuming the same thing.

Sorry if I offend you or anyone else with the way I talk, but there is no easy way to explain these things.

I am glad we have you from China here, did you try acupuncture, Chinese say that bad breath is result of too much heat in your stomach.
No i didnt.because i dont know the BB reason. The acupuncture points are make sure by the cause of disease, and if the point is wrong it maybe cause a bad result. Not only the heat in the stomach,in Chinese medical theory, every internal organ can cause a BB.In other words,BB is not a illness,is just a reflection that certain organ is not working well.In addition, most chinese doctor just can cure the common illness, know the theory of the Chinese medical science but not grasp the nature, especially BB is not general and need long time to coordinate,so most of they cant handle it.And studying BB is embarrassed and not promising for doctors and there are many bogus herbal medicine etc,So the profound CTM dont solve the BB effecttively.all I do is to feel the nature of CTM and try every means like a white rat in the experiment.
