@hali _girl
Actually I had been almost bb free the last three months on raw diet and I was taking nothing for my bb, but I ate a little off track and bb came back a few days ago with sinus problems and allergy reactions so I decided to take probiotics again and bb reduced . It seems that I need to eat very strict or take probiotics. I wanted to be bb free without any supplements.
Yes it is quite logical that we may have a serotonin defficiency
because our gut/body is damaged due to antibiotics. But I strongly prefer taking probiotics that I am more familiar with and I know is working to try sth like a serotonin supplement. I will wait to see your results. I wish the permanent results for you and Ahmad.
By the way: Foods Rich in Serotonin:
Walnuts
Kiwis
Pineapples
Sour cherries
Tomatoes
Bananas
Plums
Dark chocolate
I had a similar experience with Effexor (a thread I started years ago - can't find it).
For some reason, my morning breath was noticably less when first starting on the medication. Nothing to do with it's psychiatric effects, but maybe with it's effects on Noradrenaline / Serotonine.
My theory back then was that it (the Noradrenaline) may have boosted my immune system so helping fight the bacteria. Anyway. It's hardly a permanent solution.
