1. Thick saliva or no saliva
2. holes(fissures) on the surface of tongue.
ofcourse if u have tonsils, u r likely to have bb....they r visible right??
but i feel the major culprit is dry mouth. I feel so bcoz i see so many people smoking/drinking but still they take any mint and the bb is gone

btw have u come across any one who has healthy saliva and a smooth tongue(of course no tonsils) and still having bb If yes then i feel i am working in a wrong direction. we talk about eating raw food and all healthy stuff. of course it will improve ur health and may reduce bb to a certain extent but wat abut those people who dont even get proper food for one time? leave aside the nutritive value but even having food one time is a struggle for many and yet they don't have bb. i feel itz their saliva and smooth tongue which is not causing bb.
same is the case with people who even after smoking or people having stained teeth dont have bb.
and what is causing dry mouth??? u search for it on net and most of the info u get is to avoid certain medications.. well i am not taking any medicine from so many years then why do i have bb??
i think to cure dry mouth...we need to focus on salivary glands.
m not going into much details for now. but i feel the salivary gland(sub mandibular) which is located right below our tongue can help us as it secretes thin saliva. and if it will work properly....wow i will not have dry mouth
