You can brush your tongue or scrape your tongue or do whatever you like, but the white coating will always come back because there is something causing the coating. Whatever is causing the coating most likely has something to do with your bad breath. As long as you don't eliminate the underlying cause, you will still have an odor on your breath. Most people have a pink tongue without doing anything special.
The hand we are dealt is fate. How we play the cards is free will.

My brother always has a white tongue. He never brushes his tongue nor gums. He dosen't even floss and it puzzles me that he doesn't have bad breath. I swear, all he does it brush his teeth and he doesn't even brush them thoroughly. He doesn't brush his inside teeth (like the upper inside and bottom inside), he only brushes the outside and the part we chew food with. I've watched him brush his teeth plenty of times. He has morning breath, but after he brushes his teeth it goes away. Here I am, I brush my teeth tongue gums and jaws, floss, and even gargle with peroxide or mouthwash, yet I have BB. I just don't get it!Phantasist wrote:You can brush your tongue or scrape your tongue or do whatever you like, but the white coating will always come back because there is something causing the coating.
