Why do my parents lie to me
My parents say I dont have Bad breath. but they blatantly cover their nose around me and make it super obvious. I dont see why they would lie to me? dont they know its ruining my life? I sat down with my dad and had a serious chat. He said to me that I need to stop worrying about everything and appreciate the world. But I cant appreciate it if I have a concentrated 2 metre radius of shit around me
Also, why do friends lie? dont they know if they tell the truth everything would be so much better

Hey Daniel, sorry this is happening to you. I've read some of your posts and would like to know what you have done to try and fix this problem. Have you seen a doctor to rule out any sinus or throat infections? How about reflux or problems, do you have any reflux symptoms? Since medical treatment is free where you are, perhaps you can talk your parents into just taking you to an ENT. There is a cure for everyone Daniel. Some people have had this problem for way to long. That doesn't have to be you. You read in your last thread how one person said their BB went away when they were working out? Well, they found a cure but for what ever reason, stopped working out? Does that make any sense? Hell no! Work out if that's what it takes. If a certain diet works than eat that diet.
This problem will not go away unless you make it go away. It is up to you to find what works, as treatment is different for everyone. Also, people rub their noses all the time. The chances that you are stinking up a whole classroom are extremely remote if not impossible. Halitophobia comes with halitosis. Don't rely on family or friends to give an accurate assesment of your breath. They are not reliable nor are your enemies. Those kids sitting beside you in class can be doing that every day just because they know it bothers you. Your breath may not smell all the time, but they are gonna tease you anyway. Welcome to high school right? Get in close to people at stores, perhaps the checkout person, and talk in their face. Try and gauge how they respond. They don't care about not offending you and will quickly back up if your breath is truly offensive.
I truly can't imagine having this problem at 16 years old and i feel for you. Please stay strong and work towards finding your cure.

I have both sinus and stomach issues.I get a tonne of PND and my nose is always stuffy. my tonsils smell like crap, really strong, but i get no tonsil stones. i can taste mucus in my throat a lot and i have to swallow. I also have absolutely terrible digestion. When I eat my stomach goes insane, it growls and makes noises. I can often feel tingling in my food pipe inbetween my lungs. I get a ridiculous amount of acid reflux. sometimes it coats my whole tongue yellow. I am also really gassy, especially after I eat.

You have practically diagnosed your own problem in the above post. Your breath odor is most probably related to your digestive issues. And your post nasal drip makes it worse because the mucus accumulates in your throat. So your throat is a veritable bacteria factory. In fact it would surprise me if you didn't have an odor on your breath.
You might need the services of a good ENT doctor and a gastroenterologist to help you with your stomach distress. In the meantime I would suggest eating non-irritating foods to give your stomach a break and vigorously clear the mucus out of your throat. Bend your head down and cough up the mucus while contracting your throat muscles. Get it all out, and then swallow some hot water to wash any residue down your throat. Tongue scraping would also help, especially way in the back. None of this is a cure, but it would cut down on the intesity of the odor.

The hand we are dealt is fate. How we play the cards is free will.

parents just dont want to hurt you that is all, but at the same time, they cover the nose because they want you to seek help for it
start with cleaning your sinuses, use big syringe, not neti pot crap and inject salt water in both nostrils each day 2 times, that should fix pnd
you dont believe it how long the stuff stays insinuses and rots

Good idea
i think the neti pot os the worst, because of low pressure
also you can buy big water bottles that has like a sports top, where you can upen with mouth and suck through the water
you know what I mean, you can squezze the water
they mix peroxide inside, baking soda, salt.......... herbs.......
i saw inside my sinuses, there is like snots of yellow stuff that is dripping down and very narrow passages
good luck

hey
If your breath smells like poo, go get your wisdoms removed. Just go to your dentist and check if you have an impacted wisdom, please don't wait. I removed my wisdoms 2 days ago and I must say my breath improved quite a bit.
