I have one more area to rule out before looking to the body, which i hope i dont have to go that route, being so many possibilities. I shoulda done it a while ago when i first seen this thread, and after reading it a second time, im not guna sit on my ass any longer. im guna have all my wisdom teeth pulled, my issue seems almost identical to this guys.. and i really got nothin to loose, whats a little pain? cant be any comparison to the emotional pain this shit comes with.
