"Where do they get these "amazing" researches from? Obviously a bloke with no sense of smell is likely to smell of BO, which is right turn off for any prospective partner. Lessons in personal hygiene are a must for non-sellers, that's all. The confidence thing is utter nonsense.

Just the type of ignorance we can expect from people.

well if the guy can't smell OBVIOUSLY he has BO!!!!!

stupid bitch..

It has more to do with chemicals the body puts out that relay messages to each other, than BO or anything.

Well smells do greatly affect our mood. It really is a horrible condition to live with a bad uncontrollable body odor. Yet everyone wants to remain ignorant about it. They all think its just bad hygiene and wants to put the blame on us and look at us in disgust.

Smells are important and even stores use smells as a strategy for getting people to have a good experience. Just read this article here: http://abcnews.go.com/Business/smells-p ... L2lHuT7KaU

Quoted from article: "After sound, scent is the second most powerful sense, experts say, and the only one of our five that bypasses the rational part of our brain to tap directly into our emotions. "

So living life as the smelly person is just horrible. Since smells affect peoples mood just think about how it affects the way people treat me when they smell my horrible stench.
