eosinophilic esophagitis and post nasal drip

Is anyone here familiar with eosinophilic esophagitis and post nasal drip? I was diagnosed eosinophilic esophagitis. Could this cause post nasal drip and sinus problems?

Jep, that's right. And it's all related to one side, where I also have mucus from the sinuses, although my sinuses are clear on that side.
