Beer

I used to consume beer on a daily basis. Iv noticed for a good 3 or 4 days after drinking beer, my breath and nasal odour stinks like hell!
Im doing my best to stop drinking beer but its so damn hard!
The last few weeks iv switched to white wine and i feel my breath is not nearly so bad. Even when i drank too much white wine last weekend my breath seemed not so bad the next day.
My advice is to either cut back on the beer as much as you can, or switch to white wine.
