Have anyone experienced smell like amoniac somewhere inside from your throat?

Pardon my ignorance what does that smell like?
Tonsillectomy - Check
Sinus CT Scan - All Clear - Check
Dentist Examination - "Gums very good" - Check
Endoscopy - Check - H Pylori Negative
Post nasal space cyst removed - Check
Wisdom Teeth Extraction - Check
Mouth Swab Clear - Check

Like NH3, urine but toxic. I normally experience this from my throat
