These are recent panoramic dental X-rays, apparently i have a healthy mouth which is ironic because somewhere in my head is producing this shit smell.
The facts in my case
Nasal odour is predominantly stronger than mouth odour.
I do have mouth odour- but not as strong as the odour from my nose.
I can often detect the shitty odor in my nose (dominantly right nostril side) when I smell somebody's perfume or washing powder.
I do not have gum disease- I've been told by several dentists I have a healthy mouth. I'm still sure that bacteria can still linger because for years i really did neglect my oral hygiene.
Anyway heres my OGD of my teeth

Sinus CT Scan - All Clear - Check
Dentist Examination - "Gums very good" - Check
Endoscopy - Check - H Pylori Negative
Post nasal space cyst removed - Check
Wisdom Teeth Extraction - Check
Mouth Swab Clear - Check
TMAU test is the last resort. Sinus surgery next... something tells me another disappointment but at least rules the sinuses out and hopefully stop my post nasal drip.
I was eating with colleagues today and i got a big waft of shit in my nose. not sure whether they smelt anything but I could smell it really strong. It seems to make it's self apparent more when I'm eating. making me think I'm irritating whatever the area the smell is coming from. on another front i was referred to a BB specialist clinic lol - i've not received an appt yet but i'm hoping i am not going to get the "here try this mouthwash treatment". I don't care what any dentist, fecal breath that can fill an area or be that strong to make people think i haven't washed my backside or fell through ISN'T normal. a regular person who doesn't brush his teeth may get bb but not as obnoxious as that.

You are completely correct.... everyone on here who has this issue probably has immaculate dental hygiene and personal hygeine issues precisely because of their anxieties about smelling bad........ I think the cause of the odors is quite possibly metabolic in the same way that TMAU is, meaning that teeth and nasal hygeine will not impact upon this since it is alveolar....the tiny molecules which have the smelly compounds are transported to the lungs were via gas exchange they are excreted on our breath. I think there must be a deficient gene or enzyme(s) and science has not found the answer to it yet (or even began taking it seriously).... an example could be dimethylsulfidemia
