tongue coating and white cooking wine

I started rinsing and gargling morning and night (and halfway through the day sometimes) with zero-sugar white cooking wine 10% alcohol by volume, diluted some with water, and my tongue coating that has always been there is greatly reduced all day and night. I even woke up without morning breath one morning, despite being on Benadryl and drinking Ensure during the night. Had a humidifier going, too, which helped with nasal congestion that can lead to morning breath by post nasal drip and festering bacteria. If you think about it, wine might have been what Israelites used for mouthwash in Bible times. My breath is better, too.
