Can an impacted wisdom tooth that has a big flap with bacteria in it cause bad nose and or mouth breath?

Yes. Many people cured bb including nasal bb after wisdom teeth removal.

How to get wisdom teeth removing? Every time I asked my dentist they saying my are okay and they don't want doing...(I live in uk)
