Its a lot to take in! Yeah bb can get worse after consuming those things also can give you a white tongue if you suffer from candida overgrowth!
Yes!!! Clean up the diet. Try No gluten, dairy maybe soy if your intolerant to that! As well as spicy foods. That will help the gut drastically
