Raw plant based diet update
Re: Raw plant based diet update
They are saying pea, cauliflower, broccoli, and corn are VERY high on producing, this very stinky fecal odor gas called "Methionine" in our stomach. And this gas is the main culprit that enters into our blood stream and is left unbroken by the genetic mutation in our gene SELENBP1.
The blood stream off loads this gas into our lungs and it gushes out every time we speak or breathe.
Re: Raw plant based diet update
I have not tried eating all the vegetables you have mentioned yet because those are hard to eat uncooked. I'm eating carrots, cocumber, papaya, watermelon, young coconut and other fruits and vegetables available in my town. I am a bit worried about my weight because it keeps dropping. I am 61 kg now, based on BMI i should be weighing 63 but, I am healthy and never feel anything wrong in my body. I was in the airplane last night and I was constantly checking the reaction of the 2 people seated beside me. I got no reaction from them unlike 4 months ago, the man seated on my right transferred to other vacant seat while the girl seated on my left kept coughing and covering her mouth and nose.KL123 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2020 3:06 pm So you just chew on raw uncooked vegetables and gulp them down your throat?

I just want you to know that I believe in you. People from all over the world are reading this post, I’m sure. Keep us updated. I found out about SELENBP1 very recently (as KL123 mentioned above), and it really seems like the perfect diagnosis for us nasal+oral BB sufferers.
I will pay the $1600 to get full genetic testing eventually, but in the mean time, if your diet works, then I will try it myself. I’m not shelling out that much for another “maybe” fix. I’ve got an entire ****ing drawer of maybe fixes.
I read about another guy on here that did raw food, and it changed his life to NO smell, with a return to social life. Whenever he tried to eat regular food, it returned.
Also, I’d cut out the coconut products. They are kinda high in methionine. But you probably don’t need advice from me since you’ve found your solution.
Keep us updated. Don’t be discouraged. Don’t go back to regular food. We believe in you.
Thanks.

I am tired of paying a lot and undergo to another kind of procedures. I let the doctor removed my tonsils and undergone endoscopy to check if there are problems inside my throat and stomach. They have found nothing. Wasted time, money and effort on testing different foods and drinks but nothing gives relief than this. All of my family members do not have disease like this, i am the only one unique. What mind boggling about this disease is that it do not have symptoms and signs that I feel in my body. I should have at-least feel pain or discomfort. Nada, nothing! I am healthy conscious person. I played sports a lot, I visit my dentist more than as recommended. I urge you to try it and within a week you will feel the difference.

Got shit loads of money spent on all different kinds of "may be fixes" including various surgeries and consulting with all different kinds of doctors from many different disciplines, including American trained specialists, Chinese medicine, Latin American remedies, religious based mantras and remedies, Indian Hakeem, Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Yoga and whatever the EFFF not.
Nothing works to cure it permanently.
Recently, an a-hole started a thread here stating that some sheep shagger in Senegal made a medicine with the cashew apple fruit and it cured his bb for good. It's been 3 years now and he is free from it. I look at the # of his total posts on the forum, and they were like 5.
Then I pvt messaged him, and he provided the contact. I asked how much it costs? He said US$700.
And I was like, yeah right. This mofo in Senegal must also be managing a $60 million cash fund that was left unclaimed after some army general died. And now he is looking for to find a new home for this money.

Keep eating'em, young coconuts are amazing, the best fast you can get your hands on. where are you based? thanks for sharing your experience.ineedcure wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2020 4:19 am About the coconut products. I eat fresh coconut meat and water everyday since it readily available in my backyard. I do not know really what are the recommended food to eat and I am just eating any plant based foods in raw state available. I do not know the science behind it either.
my tongue and mouth have literally been burning in the last months, I'll be forced to go raw as I can no longer stand this awful feel.
as for the weight have a look on youtube, there's plenty of videos about keeping weight on a raw veg diet. I think one of the best thing is high-power blended young coconuts meat with soaked almonds and enzymes, a so called gorilla yogurt I think
@tired
where the amount $1,600 comes from for the dna test?
also you and KL123 seem to give for granted at this point that everyone who's suffering from bb is positive to that dna test. to this date none in here has underwent it yet. a dim light of hope: the researchers of the papers about the dna issue haven't worked with people on a raw vegan diet, for all we know a raw veg diet might fix bb even if someone has that dna defect.

I have repeatedly said in my threads that the cause of chronic bad breath could be different in different people. From decaying tooth to non-genetic to fatty liver to whatever.
The main indicator for me is that if the bb issue is present in immediate family members then probably it's genetic.
Re: Raw plant based diet update
I get what you're saying; every few years, there's a trend on these sites. It was Candida for a while before the SELENBP1.mauricio wrote: ↑Wed Jan 22, 2020 3:14 amKeep eating'em, young coconuts are amazing, the best fast you can get your hands on. where are you based? thanks for sharing your experience.ineedcure wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2020 4:19 am About the coconut products. I live in one of the biggest cities in the US. We have big, public, wealthy research universities that will do full genetic testing upon request for the public for $1600 on their site. It's a legitimate service that one of the research departments offer, takes about a week, and it's not some random doctor taking your money and upcharging your insurance company. This isn't the bs that 23andme offers.
I just really don't want to spend that much on my last hope... For a few years, I was constantly paying doctor's bills because I had seen so many specialists (and I had good insurance). Go see how much it costs at your big public research uni.
Yeah, you're right. Maybe I'm clinging onto this genetic thing because I've read every post on this site and Curezone since the mid-2000s, and tried everything, in many combinations. Nasal bb is a whole different ballpark than everything else. So no, I don't know. But it checks every single box whereas nothing else ever truly fits 100%. I've always excelled in chemistry and biology. I obsessively approach this with the scientific method. How else do we find the cure for diseases? If nothing works, and:
1. I notice that NO ONE ELSE I'VE EVER MET has to restrict their diet or floss their teeth (they are the controls)
2. I've tried every biochemical, mental, and spiritual method over a decade
3. All doctors and dentists tell me I'm in excellent shape
...then the scientific method tells me it's out of my physical and mental control.
The raw vegan diet would be the fix BECAUSE someone has the defect. If I do pay the $1600 soon, maybe I'll only share the results with the SELENBP1 believers.
Re: Raw plant based diet update
I will make it 10 days at least, and see what happens.
Thinking of adding digestive enzymes if i can find that, and also buying expensive aloe vera juice.
Also doing the raymond breathing when i remember.
Leave me BB.
