And I noticed somewhat of a minor difference in the taste of my mouth. It seems somewhat better and improved from before, but again, it's been just a week that I started this. I also wanted to include oregano oil pills in the mix but been lazy ordering it.
I am going to go ahead and take a look into adding S-Acetyl Glutathion in the mix.
What brand have you used for S-Acetyl Glutathion, and also the brand for Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, B6 - Zinc, Magnesium and Copper with Liposomal Complex for
Enhanced Absorption ?

Never heard about Allicin or Berberine. I'll check them out. Oregano or even Parsley oils didn't do much for me. Andrew Lessman Breath Plus mint gels were a lifesaver when I ate. It's an internal deodorizer with mint you can taste and smell from the gut. It bought me about an hour or two when I eat out & about & wasn't home before I tried this new supplement routine.

I read your post on reddit and got almost all of these, but Thanks again.
Allicin is basically, odor free garlic and when combined with Berberine and oregano oil, helps fight SIBO or bad bacteria over-growth in the gut that results in chronic and horrible bad breath.
Here is what I have noticed so far.
A saliva test taken from dorsum, first thing after I wake up, still has odor. Fecal odor or decaying/rotting bone odor.
However, the pungency is definitely reduced.
After thoroughly scrapping my dorsum/tongue and tooth brushing the teeth and the tongue in the morning, my saliva test during the entire day, has produced pretty good results. The odor is minimum; however, the biggest change is the improved taste in my mouth. I clearly feel a changed chemistry in my mouth. It's more wetter with good quality saliva, and the taste in the mouth is not bad at all.
How bad is my breath or if there is an improvement in the quality of the breath? I can't answer that for sure but I am confident that it has improved.
I am planning to have it tested by speaking to a kid by bringing my mouth close to his/her nose. Kids usually tell you the truth.
My goal now is to add S-Acetyl Glutathione and Oregano oil in the mix to see if it results in more improvement? And regardless of Yes or No, the next step will be to start omitting items from the mix - one at at time. And see if I could narrow it down to possibly Molybdenum and possibly S-Acetyl Glutathione 100mg?
I am eating regular food all day and don't give a sh!t whether it's meat, dairy, sea food, veggies, cruciferous, high choline, sugar etc.
