I've noticed that during or after working out or doing cardio excersises, i get all this sticky, awful tasting fluid coming from my throat and I don't quite know what it is. Its probably saliva mixed with mucus mixed with God knows what, and im convinced that thats where my bb is coming from, my throat.
Anyway i did a search for a throat cleaner and came up with this. Its got different heads, so it can clean your nasal passages and your throat.
Does anyone have one of these or has anyone tried it? Is it worth giving it a go?

Nasal & throat irrigator.
I'm still undecided on whether the throat attachment is working. You have to spray deeply down there, and you most likely will get a gag reflux. I suggest you don't eat before irrigating the throat, as the food you just ate will regurgitate... then you'll have fresh acid and stomach contents back in the throat area.
When done correctly, though... it feels good, it eliminates the 'lump in the throat' feeling, but after you eat, you are back to square one.
Overall it is probably a good addition to morning oral care, but it isn't a cure.
