Remedies for Post Nasal Drip
Jess: Yes I know that clean odor-free "feeling" when I breath in-out deeply. Just wish I had it 24/7. I ran out of the odor cleanse and am waiting for the Pro-M and GSE drops to arrive. I was using too little a dose of odor cleanse (2 pills) at first. Still have gastro-enterological issues and am waiting to see the dr next week, I hope these products continue to work as they appear to. I have my doubts that they can prevent the abnormally bad BB I get from coffee, alcohol, smoking and spicy foods. I've had to eliminate these for the good of the general public

Stopping PND
This is my first post, and I was wondering has anyone tried the process below to elminate, or reduce their PND ? I've read many post on this site, and have tried many of the attempts at eliminating halitosis, but for me, none of them had worked. Please provide me any feedback if you have tried this.
1. Nasal rinse with double the solution (in morning after brushing my teeth, and at night after brushing my teeth.) I use the Grossan Hydro pulse with 4 NeilMed saline rinse packets per rinse (hypertonic solution is what I think they call it when doubling the solutions).
2. Claritin once a day. This started out great, but now i'm having bouts of dry mouth which is lasting for a least 30 minutes usually 2 - 3 times during the evening. When i'm not able to get water, I have to use like 4 mints to return my mouth to normal.
3. NasalCrom nose spray taken once every 4-6 hours.
4. SimplySaline (blue bottle) when I feel mucuos in my throat.
5. Eliminating milk from my diet.
Brief history: I've had halitosis since being a teenager, and i've had/or done the following without success of eliminating my BB.
1. Allergy shots for 4 years.
2. tonsillectomy and adnoids removed
3. septoplasty
My BB has to be from my PND as I'm in great health, and don't smoke or drink
