Sooth Your Throat

Ive recently been practicing something which soothes my tonsils and my throat. I am hoping my ENT will agree to give me a tonsillectomy.

For those who still have tonsils.

-Boil about a glass of milk, remember dont fill up to rim as milk expands.

- Pour it into a another glass and keep repeating this process, cools it down abit.

- Put a tablespoon of honey in, (this is optional but i prefer doing this as honeys tastes lovely and has some benefits)

-Mix,

-then put a pinch of turmeric Powder and pepper powder.

-Mix again

- and enjoy..

Remember this is not a cure! I reccommend this to those who dont even have tonsils. I find it soothes my throat and has minor improvements on BB.

somebody was gargling toothpaste and that got rid f his bb, but probably his bb was not chronic

Hello oneday,
I thot protein is supposed to be bad for bb since it is food for the bb causing bacteria. Why would gargling with milk be good for the tonsils? This may sooth the tonsils but I can't imagine the smell that will come out afterwards awww.
