Has anyone actually been cured from tonsillectomy?

I see people always insist on tonsillectomy and not alot of the same people saying it didn't help them. My ENT would be willing to try this without fuss, but he informed me its very painful

It didnt help me. I dont think the tonsils are a main source of halitosis. Thats my opinion. Donth think a tonsillectomy could cure serious halitosis

Only thing a tonsillectomy will do is banish those stones forever, my tonsillectomy did not cure me but I'm so happy I no longer have to stand in the mirror plucking them from my tonsils. That stench from my tonsils was soul destroying.

I know you can have stones without knowing but I'm pretty positive I've never had tonsil stones. Is that even possible? Lol

I wouldn't rule anything out.

It took me a good few weeks to discover I had tonsil stones, then one day after my gag reflex had gone I found myself wiping those shit balls on an old shirt and wow the stench was pure shit stench.

It's definitely possible to have them and not know it.

It's really strange that you replied to this.. I had forgotten about this post. But I literally was just popping stones out, how crazy is that? I've know. About them for a few weeks now. They are so gross! Anyway, tonsillectomy schedule for 13 December. Wish me luck
