Hello there!
I've stuggled with BB for quite some time now. There is a brand out there called Bristle Health where you can send in your saliva
and they'll test your oral and gut-microbiome. Has anyone ever heard of it or is interested in it? Unfortunately they only take in patients from the U.S.
It is fairly new but I think a huge step in getting to know what is exactly going on in our mouth/gut and finding solutions for all types of oral problems.
Also: is there a facebook group or anything similiar where people come together and share their pain/isolation?

I did it and it told me my oral microbiome is basically perfect. Was disappointing and also frustrating that my oral health can be pristine, yet I still deal with this.
