Musiclady, For salad dressing you could try avocado / olive oil / sea salt put in food processor or blender. Just randomly thought of that but I bet it would be tasty. How is your diet going ? I would say yes. Only because I don't eat any processed foods anymore. I've stayed away from those for about 3 months now. But for the candida diet, sea salt is a safe food to eat just not in excess.

Sounds kind of like the ugly duckling syndrome when a person has such low confidence growing up, then they turn really hot and stay humble. I think it will take time to reprogram your brain and to rebuild confidence again.
