You have mentioned your cure stories a couple of times earlier also, what do you think gets you back to square one ? Food allergies ?

Also this time around what changes in food have you done ?

That's amazing. So are you completely bb free with this ? How many times a day and how many do you take ? And any dietary changes you did along with garlic?

Started consuming INULIN powder on Jan 17 it's been 16 days. Started seeing difference on 10th day midnight.. So I knew it's working in the stomach or gut..
But as user grateful said next day after eating food it was neutral for 1 hour then again ...

It's been more than 2 weeks that I have had the prebiotic fibre but so far it hasn't shown any results. Will complete the one month supply though and update if anything positive happens. How is it going with you KL and your brother whom you had recommended it.
