Has anyone had success with hydrogen peroxide mouthwash.

Or will only make things worse long term?

Over the years Hydrogen Peroxide mouthwash as been discussed on many ocassions.

Can anyone please provide me with their experiences of the pro's and con's of using it.

Thankyou for this information on chick peas. I believe BB sufferers are deficient in some sort of vitamin or mineral. By keeping our bodies at optimum health then we reduce our BB. Yes, I had my appendix removed when I was 15.
I have always put the beginning of my BB down to changes during puberty (It has lasted 18 years for me so far).
I did have the theory that the appendix has more of a role in the body then we think.
I recon it is definately worth further investigation.
