My anderstanding of the hell that I am in is that i constantly am eating food which trigers the muces, from the nose to thicken and drip throught throught touching the tonsils and everything else on its way.(foods like milk, meat,bread)
And the sinuse infaction allows this to repeat every day ...

I have became a vegan that means no meat or milk products for a year now, breath hasnt improve that much but the taste in the mouth has,and i have started no bread as well for 2 weeks now and i think this might be the one.....no bread

lol not the same as hair one thats to strong, what you do is
buy the peroxide 3%

when mixing mix half wother half peroxide and gargle, after that be sure to wash you mouth and garggle with clean wother.

I have been researching theses two products and am currantly using CSE .
...for bb it helps a little ...
But its too strong for my sinuses...and am planing to start on CS... FOR THAT REASON....

Just beffor.... on this web i read of this woman planing to use GSE so i thought i shold share my experience .... i have BEEN FOR SOME TIME NOW garging and drinking it morning night and during the day...And it has helped with reducing bb a lot...And am still going to keep drinking it regardless ...

What i do is in the morning and beffor i go to bed i would
brush my teeth
with tooth paste that i made from baking soda and perohide and wother(make it so its a paste mixture)
I alsow use a mouth wash whis a make of
70% peroxide 3% and 20%wother
i gargle with that and wash my mouth after words ...

I am currantly using citris seed extract and that stuff realy helps with my breath...i dont taste it as much and dont smell it.
have had bad breath all my life this is the first time in my life when i can say that am happy ....
but the problem is that the smell from the nose is still ...

i have bb and oder comes from my nose as well...i use teetree oil but i feel like i stink from it after words....i would love to know more ways to use on this hellish problem....pleas msg me if u can help...
