Thanks so much. You`re really a great guy.

I self-medicated on ketoconazole & diflucan but took them weeks apart.
The antibiotic was prescribed by a doctor while pariet(ppi) was given by a different doctor. If I remember correctly, I took them in separate occassions.

Cheers,

JC
LOL, thank you. I'm not a great guy, just a normal guy who is now dedicated to trying to help people fight this terrible condition.

I just wanted to check about the ppi meds and antibiotics because both proton pump inhibitors and of course antibiotics have been linked to Candida overgrowth in the body, which would pretty much negate any effects of Fluconazole.

thanks KT, I will be in touch on the pills.
Just curious, did anyone who's ordered the antifungals have any luck with getting rid of bb?
Post some updates if you could, thanks : )

Well, the only person that I've heard from that *(editied by author)* and completed the treatment was Archi, and unfortunately he said they had no effect on his breath. He did mention that his tongue became pinker though while taking them, but i'm not sure if that lasted or not because I haven't heard from him. I'm still waiting to hear from some of the other people who ordered them from me and see how they are doing.

I wouldn't use someone else's success or failure with anti fungals as a factor in determining whether or not you should try them for yourself though. Not everyone's bad breath is caused by the same thing. There is no one magic cure out there that will miraculously cure everyone. When you're fighting bad breath, you just have to make a list of all possible causes, and then start checking things off until you finally find the one that is your answer.

For me I think I went through about 90% of my list before I found out it was Candida causing my bad breath. I wish I had found that out when I was at 10% of my list, it would have saved me a lot of years of hurt. But I'm thankful that I did find it, better late than never!

I would appreciate if the people who took or are taking antifungal sent by KT would post their experiences. I know everyone's BB may be caused by different reasons, but it would definitely help member's of this site to gauge differences/similarities in symptoms.

Hey guys,

I am on day #8 of the BIozole that I received from KT and I can't say that it has helped yet.. I am watching the breads/yeast, not strictly, but I am cutting down. I have not had any "die off" symptoms either. I have had them before when I took Candida cleansers before, in fact, that's why I had to stop taking them. I was getting way too many headaches and fatigue. I find my breath has even gotten a little worse. I am hoping by day 14 this will improve, but I am starting to have my doubts. Thanks KT for all you have done. You have gone out of your way to try and help so many! I am glad it worked for you and I hope it may help others.

Hey Girlie Girl,

May I ask what you are having your doubts about? That you have a Candida infection? It's possible that you don't, but please try and remain positive. You are only on day 8. As I mentioned in my past posts, I feel my breath got worse the first week because of the die-off. If you feel your breath has gotten worse, it's possible that is your die-off symptom. Die-off symptoms aren't necessarily going to be the same every time around. I didn't notice any improved difference until I was almost at the 14 day mark, so please hang in there. And please, try and stop eating bread. If you truly do have Candida, that is like adding fuel to the fire.

Also, you mentioned that you took Candida cleansers in the past, but you stopped taking them because you had excessive die-off symptoms. But you sent me an e-mail saying you were still taking a natural Candida cure during this treatment plus other natural supplements.

So are you taking Candida cleansers during this treatment or not? I'm just mentioning this because the details are important for those that are also trying anti fungals.

Really wishing you good luck!!!

Hey KT,

I am having my doubts about if my problem is from Candida. I feel a little more inspired now that I just read your post. I will try and stay positive till the treatment is complete. I just really thought this was my problem because it resembled your situation.

What I said in the email....
I am try all those suggestions. Plus, I have been on probiotics for several months. I am also taking vitamin D and some natural Candida cure. I hope that helps crowd those suckers out! Thanks.
I was taking "Candex" at the beginning of starting the Biozole. I thought they could work in adjunct together, almost like a loading dose, but started getting a little nauseated and decided to stop taking the Candex.

I am still taking Probiotics and Vitamin D daily, with the Biozole, and have been doing so for the last couple of months.

I hope that clarifies it a little more.

Thanks for the clarification. Any little detail helps out those who are trying this route.

Just hang in there girlie girl. Stay upbeat. It is possible Candida is not causing your bad breath, but one thing is for certain, if it's not you will come out of this whole trial with an answer, and that is that you can check Candida off the list of possible causes and start focusing on the next possible cause. The more possible causes you go through, the closer you are to finding the right one!

But secretly i'm hoping that Candida is your cause and you will see improvements towards the end of your treatment :P! Just give it time and keep us updated.

Well, some good news. One person I sent the Biozole to had success. She posted her story over in my other thread though, the one with my pictures in it. viewtopic.php?p=24896#24896

I have had one person confirm no oder! and I have not recieved any bad reactions. My taste in my mouth is cleaner and my body feels more energetic. I can breathe deeply without feelin like something is in my esophogas. Now it's just getting over the pychological issues of suffering with this for 15 yrs. :D

what kind of doctor checks for a candida overgrowth?

or must i go to an ent, ob-gyn, gastroenterologist separately?

i personally dont know of any doctor who checks for systemic candida. even my doctor friend says that intestinal candida only occurs in people with HIV (something i dont buy!!!)

i also checked the lab of one of the more prestigious hospitals here, they said they have no way of checking for systemic candida, unless it's localized, like vaginal yeast.

im sooo frustrated and i dont want to self-medicate.

any ideas, anyone? :?
