Thanks for the suggestions guys!

@Stankie, I'll try the omega 3, but I doubt it'll do wonders for me. I'm eating most of those plants already.

So I had the ozone therapy today....still feeling bloated and had to go 10 times or so today and yesterday.

Now since I had to have an empty/cleared bowel for the session, I was given strong laxative a day before. Despite of using the laxative and having only clear water left in my system, I was still producing strong nasal and mouth BB the following day.

Even after the ozone therapy, there was no relief...and my BB was extremily bad. This tends to make me believe that my diet...has very limited impact on my BB.

My current assumption now is that my "nasal BB" is linked to my sinuses. Especially since I was able to reproduce partially my previous success with my nasal BB.

I think I can now safely say it is linked to the xylitol + saline + sea salt + lactoferrin nasal rinse that I'm using.

It seems to substantially reduce my nasal BB...but only for a few hours at most.

In terms of my oral BB, its still a guessing game...maybe wisdoms, maybe tongue, maybe stomach/gut...probably bacteria in the throat/esophagus.

@ruch and peace, how are the lactoferrin rinses coming along and did you combine them with antibiotics yet?

I combined with amoxycillin (250 mg in 6oz) 11 days ago. I did it for 2 days a developed sinusitis so stopped the nasal rinse for the past 9 days. There was good result
That lasted a few days so definitely sinus PND related I would say. I had to fly so switch to oral spray with same mix and works well too, a couple of spray every 1-2 hrs. Did get a soar throat so I suspect amoxyllin irritant for mucosa. Still good for emergencies works within a few hours. Will try something designed for nasal oral
Mucosa like bioparox.

on day 4 of the tetracycline oral rinse now. it does help but doesn't completely get rid of my bb. i find it eliminates it by at least 75% though. i also find that it completely gets rid of all of my tongue coating (i had thought that the lactoferrin did previously, but comparing the colour of my tongue now to before i used the rinse, i can say that the lactoferrin reduced it but not completely get rid of it.. my tongue is super pink now!). however, i have the sense that once i run out of this rinse (2 week supply), i will have bb again. i strongly suspect the main cause of my bb is not just in my mouth, and this is the reason why.

i wonder if it would work better if i tried tetracycline in pill form.. however, i strongly believe it is tetracycline that began this mess of imbalanced bacteria in my system in the first place (took it as a very young child) so am hesitant about actually ingesting broad spectrum antibiotics..

i also wonder if it is possible to use antibiotics in your sinus rinse, but i am hesitant to try this too (will it hurt??). am also weary of self-medicating with antibiotics for fear of creating resistant strains if not doing it right.

i got it through oravital. google it for the website. you need a prescription.

i am considering swallowing the rinse after gargling and swishing with it instead of spitting it out.. but i wonder if this is gonna cause problems..

So I've finally started antibiotics...as all else failed.

Since yesterday, I'm taking augmentin 375mg twice a day as a tablet and creating my own mouthrinse with it, that I used right after applying lactogerrin/xylitol mouthrinse (also created myself).

Augmentin contains 250mg Amoxicillin and is supposed to be more effective. No results so far??

I'm confused - does this mean there is no smell coming from my nasal/mouth area and it comes from stomach/intestines?

Or should I give it more time...and it'll start doing something?

Any suggestion would be much appreciated!

Joep, it's important that you use it as a spray every hour or so to see if it has an effect, I use 250 mg per 6 oz.

@Peace, I'm far beyond a spray right now ](*,)

So I'm going a bit crazy on my trip abroad...I finally got access to antibiotics ...and now started taking metro (400 mg 2x a day for 2 weeks), ciprofloxacin (500 mg 2x a day for 1 week) as well as continuing on augmentin (375 mg 1x a day also for a week)

Currently I'm on day 3 of this self medicated strategy, combined with probiotics a total of 200-300 bln (from different brands) at different intervals each day (either with yogurt or water).

I'm also taking probis and echniea goldenseal and lactoferrin and xylitol nasal rinse as well as orally.

I'm also using metro as a mouthwash 2x a day.

and the funny thing is....so far very little improvement? :?

Does this give any pointers towards what may be causing my really strong BB. It doesn't appear to be bacteria susceptible to these antibiotics...or maybe the biofilms are too strong or its something completely different altogether?

Maybe it's a fungal thing going on in your sinuses? If there is it would explain why the antibiotics aren't helping at all. Metronidazole usually always helps if the problem is caused by anaerobic bacteria somewhere in the body - even in the gut.

Update: some strange thing happening and I am trying to figure out the reason(s). For the past 3 days my tongue has been sensitive but absolutely pink, I mean all the way to the back of it and no trace of bb. I did use the xylitol/lactoferin/saline/amoxycillin spray heavily on my flight to europe last friday but stopped a day after arriving. looked for bioparox but no longer available, only thing I found is locabiotal which is the spray w/o the antibiotic, it,s got 0.25% peppermint. I sprayed in my nose and throat, is it possible that this it it? No idea, but I am experiencing something very unusual.....

@Peace- But how is your breath? Does your mouth/breath feel fresher and have you had any bad reactions off people?

Breath feels very fresh, no "heavy" feeling to it and no reactions, will see how long it lasts. I am stopping all treatment and eating french chease, saucisson and baguettes to test, lol.
