Reading through this site, you will quickly learn that there is a lot that the general public doesnt know about bad breath i.e that commercial products are not really designed to treat halitosis, rather they only keep your teeth clean. Gum wont help with a chronic problem and neither will anti-bacterial mouthwash.
I could be wrong but I think you can buy TUNG brush+gel in stores in the US.
try drugstore dot com.
Also the TUNG gel does really do the best job of freshening up the tongue. I'm going to buy a huge tube of it. However I think the GUM brush is by far better than the TUNG brush. Either way, don't scrape too hard!
you sound exactly like me. The pnd is puttin that white coating on your tongue and givin you that bad taste. When you swallow or spit the pnd gets on your tongue and it starts takin over. It starts producing all the bad odors and tastes because of the protein in it. Yesterday i looked in the back of my throat and seen a big white blob of mucus and when i scrape it off my tongue it stinks. So we need to find something that stops it.
timc_05, its not the mucous itself that stinks, its that gunk on your tongue mixed with saliva that stinks (and makes the mucous mixed with it stink too).
