Ive pretty much had it my whole life, but for some reason it never really dawned on me how bad it was until college when I started getting comments left and right and people actually started avoiding me.

i would say the best thing to do is a bit of both,

even if you dont talk to people I think they will eventually notice it,

so you are better off being somewhat sociable so people dont think you are a lonely antisocial freak who also smells
