went to the dentist today actually and asked about having fillings I have on the top replaced, he said they only release mercury for 5 days after you have them done ...

I've thought exactly the same about the mucus theory, I did a little research and found this article on goarticles ! It even gives a home remedy mouthwash which Ive been using and it seems to be doing the trick at the moment give it a go

I know - it's a shame that they broadcast the so called benefits of Fluoride with out telling use the effects it can have on us in future years. Same as anything that they want consumers to buy into I suppose.!

Theres a great Fluoride free toothpaste out there called Toms of Maine...
