Here's a science article on tonsils, particularly tonsil stones, and bb. It says that these stones can cause a detectable odour from the mouth. They also have pic of the stones in the crypts. I can't seem to upload the images so here's the link.

½ tsp. SEA SALT

I've noticed that chewing gum can still give me bad breath even after cleaning my entire mouth. If you have pnd and tonsils I think chewing moves around smelly secretions from the tonsils or smelly spit from the tongue. So Vit C might be a good choice for people who have their tonsils and pnd.

If Vit C is helping you, consider switching to Ester-C and see if it's as good as regular Vit C. Ester C is calcium ascorbate so it's non-acidic and won't harm your teeth enamel. It's a bit safer to use than the regular acidic form.

try Ester-C chewables...I take the ones from the Jamieson compnay. It's in a cute bottle with Arthur, the cartoon rabbit on it. It's sugar free too! You can get it in North America but I'm not too sure else where.
